Head of Innovation and Customer Experience
Store Operations


As the Head of Innovation and Customer Experience within the Store Operations department you will play a key role in the development and implementation of innovation and customer experience strategies.

 

PROFILE:

 

This dynamic and intriguing career opportunity is limited for up to 18 months due to the current incumbent is going on maternity leave.

 

This role comprises of project manager; Integrating new approaches into the group-wide business - the focus lies on analysis of the status quo; Scouting of trends, technologies, and customer insights solution providers; Setting up and scoping of innovation and CX-projects; and managing strategic innovation implementation into Groups. You will also have the opportunity to travel to various countries, about once or twice a month for a least day or two, to directly engage with key stakeholders.

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

 

We are ideally looking for someone with a university degree who has at least 5 years of relevant working experience within a large and complex organization within the retail, wholesale and/or technology sector.

 

To be successful in this role you must also possess the following:

  • Strong collaborative, interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • The ability and confidence to influence others
  • Extensive knowledge in the field of Innovation, disruptive technologies and start up scene
  • Customer centric development approach (e.g. Design Thinking)
  • Agile work methods (e.g. Scrum)
  • Proven Project Management experience within a large and complex organization
  • Mission and Strategy development for Innovations within Operations business
  • Leading and Moderating of workshops.

You must also be able to communicate, on business professional level, in English to be successful in this role.
